Terms and Conditions: This pass is non-refundable, non-transferable and may only be used by the person that is assigned the card, plus ONE (1) guest. Guest must be of equal or lesser admission type. Card holder and guest can visit John Hancock Observatory (JHO) as many times as they like. The 365 day period begins on date of purchase or renewal. No refunds or credits will be issued in the event of limited visibility or closure for private events. Photo identification must be presented with the card at the time of issue and upon each entry. JHO reserves the right to revoke the card if they suspect fraudulent use. The SKY HIGH ANNUAL PASS is only valid during normal operating hours and all sales are final. JHO has the right to amend the terms and conditions for this pass without notice.
