It’s easy to find us. We’re right in the heart of downtown Chicago.
Location
The John Hancock Center or 'Big John' (as the locals call it), is so tall that there's no way you could miss it. Located downtown, most of Chicago's hotels are in this area so it could just be a stroll away from where you're staying. You can also cab it, trolley it, train it, or - if you’re driving - park it! We have 716 parking spots right in the building.

Public transportation
CTA (Chicago Transit Authority) buses run along Michigan Avenue 24 hours a day, and stop within steps of John Hancock Center. So why not take the green option? Go to transitchicago.com for more information.
Disabled & parent-friendly access
Access is available from our parking garage, Delaware and/or Chestnut entrances. Although all entrances are disabled and stroller friendly, it's better to access the building from the Delaware entrance to ensure direct access to the concourse level via elevator. Disabled and parent friendly bathrooms are located on both the lower concourse level of John Hancock Center and John Hancock Observatory on level 94.
