Certain information, documents, products and services provided on and through this Site, including content, logos, graphics and images (together, the “Materials”) are provided to you by JOHN HANCOCK OBSERVATORY and are the copyrighted and/or trademarked work of JOHN HANCOCK OBSERVATORY or JOHN HANCOCK OBSERVATORY’s contributors.
JOHN HANCOCK OBSERVATORY grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use and to display and to make one copy of the Materials and to use the services, this Site solely for your personal use. Purchases and Ticket/Ticketing Policy
You agree to pay all fees or charges to your account based on JOHN HANCOCK OBSERVATORY’s fees, charges, and billing terms in effect as shown on the receipt. You are responsible for paying any taxes that may apply. If you do not pay on time or if JOHN HANCOCK OBSERVATORY cannot charge your credit card, PayPal or other payment method for any reason, JOHN HANCOCK OBSERVATORY reserves the right to either suspend or terminate your access to the Site and account and terminate these Terms and/or not process your order. You are expressly agreeing that JOHN HANCOCK OBSERVATORY is permitted to bill you for the applicable fees, any applicable tax and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of this Site and/or purchase of products and services on this Site and the fees will be billed to your credit card or other payment method designated by you. All purchases of tickets on this Site are non-refundable and may only be redeemed for 12 months from the date of purchase. You acknowledge and agree that you will be required to provide identification upon redemption of tickets you have purchased at a senior or youth discount rate.
ALL TICKETS are non-refundable, non transferable and valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. ID will be required upon entry for all tickets that have special restrictions (Senior & Youth) and right of entry will be strictly at the sole discretion of John Hancock Observatory. Capacity maybe restricted and subject to availability. John Hancock Observatory will not issue refunds for low visibility and/or circumstances outside its control.
ALL TICKETS are governed by the Policies and Privacy information provide here on our website. We recommend that these policies are reviewed before tickets are purchased.
Correction of errors and inaccuracies
The information on this Site may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
